Pink Cream 69 is a German-based melodic metal band featuring British singer David Readman, German guitarist Alfred Koffler, American bassist Dennis Ward, and Greek dummer Kosta Zafiriou. I first heard them in December 1999, when my friend's boyfriend played Electrified in the car. I liked ir so much that I bought it a few days later. When I found out about Sonic Dynamite, I ordered it on import and liked it even more than Electrified...and I love Electrified, so that's saying something! About a month after I got it, I picked up the rest of their CDs when I was in Germany. In October 2000, I flew to Germany to see David Readman's acoustic band Three Amigos. Here are some pictures from the show. I went back to Germany six weeks later to see Pink Cream 69 in Oberhausen. The show was amazing! Unfortunately I couldn't take pictures because you needed to have a press pass and security was very strict about it.
I saw Pink Cream 69 again on January 8, 2005, in Hilden, Germany. The show was great, and this time I took pictures. I saw them again at ProgPower VI.
David Readman was also in Adagio; check out my Adagio page too!
